USB root hubs and usb devices

A friend recently was on my computer and uninstalled my USB root hubs, now my devices won't work, how can I recover them?
 
Gracie, disconnect you USB devices. Then rt click on MyComputer>Select
Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>USB Controllers. If they are there try
rt clicking and Uninstalling
them again. Restart and let XP reinstall them. Then try your Devices.
