USB Problem in windows 2000

I have a question about the USB problem with windows.We
have a IBM server x305 with windows 2000 server.We want
to attach a USB device to it.The drivers are installed
and it is showing as working fine.But it is not
recognizing the USB device.Any suggestion to make it work
with windows 2000??.It is installed with the Service pack
4.

Help...
 
What does this manufacturer install instructions recommend? Most likely a
driver issue not a Windows issue.
