Installing windows 2000 Server on an USB Device...

Is it possible to install a windows 2000 Server on a MPIO 1,5GB USB Stick for
booting ?
I get the message that this device would not be recognized for setup...
Setup recognizes the Disk correctly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????
suggestions or programs I need to do that ?
