I cannot use my usb ports anymore, everything I plug it ,it says usb device
not recognized, Its like there not there anymore, but the computer says they
are. How can I download the drivers for them again. I have tryed everything I
can think of. Need help.

These are built into the motherboard? Or a PCI card?
Download the latest drivers for your motherboard chipset.. Install that.

I hate to sound stupid, but here goes--where can I find the motherboard,

Use Belarc (or your receipt for your purchase of the computer possibly) to
find the manufacturer of your motherboard.
Visit their web page.
Find their product support (downloads specifically) and grab the latest
driver from there.
