USB Port

I installed my new photo printer Hp7350 and for some
reason it will not recognize the USB port. I thought
when I loaded the program Window XP it put my USB port
into play? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Are the USB ports being correctly detected in the Device Manager?

Right click on My Computer and select Properties. From the Hardware tab,
click on Device Manager. Scroll all the way down until you see the line
Universal Serial Bus Controllers and click on the + to expand the tree. Any
yellow exclamation points?

Do other devices work when connected to the USB ports? Have you tried
changing the USB cable?
