USB Hardware Devices DO NOT WORK

When I try to connect my Dig. Camera or MP3 player via USB nothing happens.
It worked well on the computer I'm using when I used Win 98SE, but then I
installed win XP Home and neither of these devices work on this computer
anymore. They work fine on the laptop. At the moment I'm connected to the
internet through a router via the USB slot, but when I insert the other
devices in the same slot ZILCH happens.

USB2 is only supported if your XP is either XP SP1 or SP2. Also you may have to make a change in the BIOS although this is usually set to accept USB2.
