USB Driver problem

I recently brought a bluetooth dongle and installed the software that came
with it. When I plugged it into my computer the following message came up: "
No Drivers are installed for this device". I tried to troubleshoot by
reinstalling the software but I keep getting the same message.

Can anyone help please.

your driver is not matching with the bluetooth dongle device.
plz check the driver CD. and then install

Read and follow the installation instructions. Check units web site for
later drivers..
