USB device not recognized

I get "USB device not recognized" when I connect my USB (Buffalo 2GB)
memory stick to my 5744. The same stick works fine in XP.

Anybody can help me with this.

Hi!

I have the same problem with my USB (GXT 2GB) for :

Vista Build 5384 32-bits
Vista RC1 Build 5600 32-bits
Vista RC1 Build 5728 32-bits
Vista RC2 Build 5744 32-bits

But, my USB (GXT 2GB) works fine for :

Windows XP
Vista Build 5384 64-bits
Vista RC1 Build 5600 64-bits
Vista RC1 Build 5728 64-bits
Vista RC2 Build 5744 64-bits

I hope the final version of Vista 32-bits will resolve this problem.

Oh,

so this seems like ongoing problem for 32-bit Vista. I really hope
something is done for it. I couldn't compare my situation to earlier
builds since I just got my device.
