USB Composite Driver - USB MFP

Guest

e I am trying to install an Epson CX3810 multi function device. When I
install the software, reboot the machine and then connect the printer, XP
searched for a driver for USB MFP but can't find it. After research, it says
I need the USB Composite Driver which should be listed in the Device Manager
but it is not there. I tried reinstalling SP2 to no avail. Where do I get
this driver?

Kit,

* go to Control Panel > Add Hardware, click 'Next'
* Select 'Yes, I have already connected the hardware', click 'Next'
* Select 'Add a new Hardware device' (scroll to bottom), click 'Next'
* Select 'Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced)
* Select 'Printers', click 'Next'
* under 'Use the following port', select the recommended printer port, click
'Next'
* Under 'Manufacturer', select 'Epson'
* Insert the Driver CD, select 'Have Disk'
* Locate your driver on the CD (or select CD drive letter), click OK
