USB 2 or 1.1

Is there anyway to definitively tell if your computer is equiped with USB
2.0 (or something older, like 1.1)?

I have looked at BIOS and device manager, but don't see anything definitive.

I think windows will only load the enhanced host controller driver if it
detects USB2.
