USB 2.0 problem

I have a Transcend JetFlash 2.0 card and when I plug it
into the USB card while running windows it jams the PC.
I have trided the card on other PC's and dont have this
problem.
Any Ideas?
 
The device driver shows that the drivers have been
installed. This was all done through plug and play and no
additional drivers were installed.
