I got an EVGA 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card with the GForce GT 710 chip set. Is has PCI-E 2.0 support and was advertised as PCI-e 2.0 x16. My PC's main board has a PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot, but the width (length?) of the slot is a bit over twice as wide (Long?) as the pin bar on the Graphics card that plugs into the slot. The card does plug into the slot, but the differences in length between the pin bar on the card and the slot concern me.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Ernie

As long as the pins match the slot don't fret over the length of the card. It's when the card don't fit in the case you'll need to worry. ;)

99% of GC these days overhang the GC slot.
