usb 2.0 port cannot find

the dvd maker is tevon VS-USB2800D FROM ALDI the pci card is installed the
dvd maker came with software which is installed it working it shows up in
device manger,under image device.iaso have a web cam and scanner in the pci
ports which are working fine .
