URL's should open in Explorer not Outlook

I installed BelArc advsior a while ago and it run but not open in the
browser. I contacted them and they had me make a change in the .tmp file.
Now when I open a URL that is imbedded in an email or other site the new
window opens up in Outlook. How did this happen and how can I make it stop
dong this? I want these to open Explorer and then open in there - not Outlook.

You can make IE your default browser in Control Panel-> Internet Options->
tab Programs
