urlmon.dll PROBLEMS

Whe I try to open IE a screen pops up say....Explorer has
caused an error in URLMON. DLL. Explorer will now close.
I haven't downloaded anythnig new or changed any
settings.I'm using windows ME. The only way i can use my
computer is to use netscapes..and i really dont care for
it. I had thought about unistalling IE and downloading it
and installing it again, but when i go to add/ remove
programs I cant find it in there.
Would anyone know what i could do to fix this problem.
