URL in Email, etc. will not work

I installed Opera. Didn't like it. Uninstalled it.
However, since then when I am in an Email and click on a
URL, it will not work. How do I get all such items to
work again with IE?

Goto Start>>Run>>Type "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" and hit enter.

Hi Ray,

1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
Regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [Internet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]

If this does not help, run this fix:
