URGENT URGENT

When I open windows xp task manager, I can see IEXPLORER
ALSO explorer.exe, which is accumilating page faults by
the second, how can I stop this, please, because I think
it has something to do with my browser locking up when
I'm on line, when I'm off line it works fine.
