Internet Explorer 6's ERROR MESSAGE! Need Help Urgently!

The program has performed an illegal operation
& will be shut down.

Explorer caused an invalid page fault
in module KERNEL32.DLL or PGFOLDER.DLL
whenever I try to open a folder in my
Scansoft Pagis Inbox file-storage program
(xif files).

Please advise. URGENT!
