URGENT!! Please Help!! RE: Clearing the Address Bar of recent URL's

An 'Adults Only' sight popped up unitentionally, and to
protect the kids, I want to delete it from the pull down
list of the address bar.

I think clearing the history completely through the
internet explorer properties will fix the problem... but I
do not want to loose all the good URL's.

Can anyone please help??

these entries easily and safely.
