Help with Url

In the url bar where you type in web addresses. I've noticed that if I want
to clear the address bar by going to Tools, internet options, and then
clicking on, clear history, delete cookies and delete files it does not
delete all the addresses.

That is if you hit the down arrow all the addresses are gone, but if you
start to type in an url such as www. the bar shows every url ever typed. Is
there a way to delete all the urls and clear the url bar completely ?

Have you tried IE-Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete?
