Problem Clearing Address Bar

I cannot clear all the file entries from Internet
Explorer's address bar. I cleared the History and also
deleted the values from the "typed URLS" section of the
registry, but if I put the cursor in the address bar and
press the down arrow, a list of sites and files still
comes up. How can I clear this all for good?
 
Have you tried IE-Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete?
