Urgent: How to install this components

i need to install Accessories and Utilities components , but i have no clue
how .
I need to access volume control , which is in subsection of multimedia in
accessories and utilities. dose anyone please know how to install this
component?

Volume control should already be on your PC. It's here:

C:\Winnt\system32\sndvol32.exe

Thanks. but if i lunch the volume control from system32 folder and then
reboot my system , i have to do relunch the volume control again ??
there is no entry in windows component wizard on ACCESSORIES AND UTILLITES ?
how do i install this component on my computer ??

It does not need re-installing - simply create a shortcut
wherever you want it, e.g. on your desktop. By the way,
a small point about English:
To lunch=to eat your noontime meal
To launch=to start an application, or to fire off a rocket.
