Hello,
By mistake I have removed the Accessories and Utilities in Add or Remove
windows components (Control Panel Add or Remove Programs
Add or Remove windows components Accessories and Utilities). May
be because of this now calculator is missing from programs (Accessories). Now
I want get back the Accessories and Utilities, kindly suggest the procedure
to do this. Is there any link from which I can download this and install or
any other way, Please suggest.

Why not reverse what you did and add the calculator?
(Control Panel-Add or Remove Programs-Add or Remove windows
components-Accessories and Utilities)

Start > All Programs > Right click Accessories > Select "Open all users"
Right click blank space > Point to New > Choose "Shortcut"
Type calc in the location field > Press Enter > Type the name > Press Enter
