Urgent Help Needed, Missing Sndvl32

I need to record some music through the line in on my
sound card, but I'm missing the Windows audio
mixer "Sndvl32" which is required by Cool Edit Pro for
recording.

How can I get this back?

Try reinstalling your sound card driver.

Start > Run > type in msconfig > OK > Expand file > fill in the required
details, browse on your XP CD (if the CAB files haven't been stored on your
HD) and put the file in c:\windows\system32
