UPS service Error

Hi. Whenever I try to start the UPS service on my W2k unit
I get the following: Could not start the UPS service on
the local computer. Error 2482 could not access the
specified comm port.

MS website had no clue- any ideas?

Do you have your UPS connected to your serial port, and is your port showing
up in the device manager as working?
