Uploading Pictures

Not too long ago, I could upload a picture to ebay with
no problems. Something must have changed somewhere
because now I keep getting error messages when trying to
upload a picture to ebay. On my computer running windows
98, it works fine. On my computer running windows XP, it
doesn't work. I've checked all of my Internet settings,
my browser settings and I've tried disabling the windows
XP Internet Connection Firewall (ICF), but it doesn't seem
to matter whether the ICF is on or off. Does anyone have
an idea of what my problem could be, or better yet, what I
can do to fix it? Thanks!!

What are the error messages? Do you have
any problems sending or receiving attachments
in your e-mail?
