Uploading MS Word Files

I have a FP2000 web that contains a couple MS Word files, linked from a web
page. When I publish this web, selecting "Publish changed pages only", the
web pages publish properly, but the Word files are uploaded every time. Is
it possible to keep them from uploading unless that particular file has
changed? Thanks for your help.

You can mark them "Do Not Publish" - right click and select the option - it
puts a red circle/white 'x' beside the file name. If you then want to
publish it in future, just change it back.

You could try this

Go into Publish
Highlight the files
Right click
Select "Do Not Publish"

I do this for my images folder, because it is rarely changed. When I do want
to change it, I deselect "Do Not Publish"

Jimco also has a Selective Publish add-in which will select an entire folder
