Uploading a new page

All of a sudden I'm unable to upload a new page. I can make changes to
existing pages and remove pages from the Remote server. The new page appears
in the Navigation view, etc. It also appears on the local side as well as
the remote side. Anyone face this problem

If the page appears on both local and remote sides, it has been uploaded.
Try dragging the local page to the remote side - what error messages appear?
Does anything change?
If the problem is the new page does not appear in navigation in the remote
site, then you must Publish the entire site to update the navigation
database. (Publish "changed pages will only" will suffice).
