Contact your host
- have them check the server permissions

1. Are you opening a web first (File > Open > Web/Site). Then opening your
page(s)?
2. Are you working on a live site - in which case you're already working on
the server and you don't need to publish *to* the server.
3. Are you publishing to your remote site from your local PC (remember,
open your web first) using http: method in Frontpage to
http://www.yoursite.com ?
4. Your host may provide instructions on publishing - refer to their
help/support pages.
5. Call your host and ask them for help if its something specific to their
systems that might be preventing you publishing (call them to determine if
it's them, you, your firewall or whatever the cause might be).
6. Being a "permission denied" error, this indicates a permissions problem,
therefore your host would be the best first point of call.
7. Unmatched simply means you have copies of the files on your machine but
they are not on the server. Frontpage keeps track of such things.

Please post back and describe in detail the procedure you're following when
attempting to publish the site.
