upgrading

Hello,
I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to Windows ME and I
lost all my programs files. Now i have only a few of
them. How do I get the program files back?.

someone prolly should of told you this already... but....
winME = sucks
use XP or 98se

Reinstall them.
