upgrading xp home to xp pro

Can anyone help? I'm trying to upgrade to xp pro from xp home, but I get down to 13 min, registering components and get an error saying a dll in tne dynamic link library cannot be loaded. I've triec with downloading new setup files and also without

Anyone know what to do
