This is not what you want to hear, but you will probably have to purchase a
new copy of XP and install after the upgrade. If you have a qualifying copy
of a previous version of Windows you can use a Upgrade version, if not you
will need the Full version; or you could purchase a OEM version.
You can't. You will need to purchase a RETAIL version of XP.
