Upgrading motherboard

Can anyone tell me how, if at all, i can upgrade my
motherboard when i have an oem preinstalled version of XP
home, and no XP cd.

This is not what you want to hear, but you will probably have to purchase a
new copy of XP and install after the upgrade. If you have a qualifying copy
of a previous version of Windows you can use a Upgrade version, if not you
will need the Full version; or you could purchase a OEM version.

Thought as much, this cheap motherboard of mine is
turning out to be quite expensive, lol
