upgrading from XP home to Prof

Can any one tell me, how to upgrade XP home to Prof edition. Currently, I am using XP home with French Edition, I would like to upgrade this to XP Prof edition with English version.

Well, if you were just upgrading to XP Professional French, no probnlem.
However, you are wanting to change languages, so....

Sorry, you can not change languages via an upgrade. You'll need
to do a clean installation.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
English WinXP to perform a clean installation.

To switch the base language of the system you have to get a Full version
in the language you want, format the drive and start over clean

Or dual boot with the second language, but you still need
the full retail CD.
