Upgrader.exe - Application Error

Hello...

I reformatted my computer not long ago, and I am already getting one of those 'long-lost' errors I've received at least once in the three years using Windows XPpro...

The error message reads:

Upgrader.exe - Application Error (- in the title bar)

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001e). Click on OK to terminate
the application.
