upgrade

I am running Windows 98 on my desk top.

Just bought a new laptop and it has XP Home version (still
sealed in the package). I know that since I bought it I
can use it on my computers but my question, if anyone can
help... can I just load it into my desktop (upgrade from
98 to XP)

two computer == two xp
how are you going to 'update' the second computer after
you 'activate' the first computer? you will have to re-
'upgrade' the second every time you get 'update' on
first. but this could be fun! just go to store and buy
the second xp. save yourself and us lots of time.
