upgrade to Windows 2003

My envirenment: 2 DCs Windows 2000 servers. What are upgrade options to
Windows 2003 Active Directory? Links will be helpful as well.

Upgrade the DC that has the most important FSMO roles. You can do an
inplace upgrade, but the steps and sequence will rely on your environment

Make sure to create a full system backup prior to doing the upgrade
