upgrading windows 2000 DC to windows 2003 DC with exchange 2003

I am in process of upgrading my environment. I have 3 DCs
located in 2 different locations, all connected via WAN links.

My Exchange server is already upgraded to Exchange 2003 and is not a DC.

I would like to upgrade my windows 2000 dc to windows 2003

What are the things that i need to do ?
