Upgrade to Windows 2003 Domain ??

Hello everyone !!

Question

1. I have 3 Domain controllers in one single domain and forest
DNS (AD integrated) + Wins are on all the DCs
IAS (radius) is on one of the DC.
Exchange 2003 (AD integrated)

Upgrade to Windows 2003
1. Want to upgrade 3 windows 2000 DCs to Windows 2003 - not
inplace upgrade as replacing them with new hardware.

Want to know how to go on with this including migrating DNS + WINS +
IAS
user accounts etc.
Transfer of FSMO roles to new servers after making them member of
the domain.
what next should I do.

Your help will be very much appreciated... I am a newbie so if you guys
can help
