Upgrade question from windows 2000 AD to 2003 AD

Hi,
I have windows 2000 Enterprise based Active Directory Domain, in our domain,
I have NT4 (sp6) servers, windows 2000 (sp1) with SQL 7 and 2000 servers, as
well as some windows 98 workstations


If I upgrade Active Directory to 2003 Advanced Server, does anyone know how
would this effect my SQL servers or NT4 server?

Could users have problem accessing these old servers due to
authentication/permission issues because 2003 AD may not support old servers
resource?

AD should have no affect on your SQL servers.
But you should read this:

Ad will support NT servers if you have the proper domain function level

I agree with the previous recommendation. I'm a consultant for a major firm
and this is pretty much the norm.
