a full version)?

Is an OEM version of XP eligible for an Upgrade version of Vista (instead

Yes, it doesn't matter what the XP version is as long as it's activated and
genuine, and for an in place upgrade it has to be at the SP2 level.. There
are Vista newsgroups for Vista questions. The counterpart to this one is
microsoft.public.windows.vista.general.
