Outlook 2007 w/ Biz Contact Manager

Brandon

I just installed Office 2007 Professional (not plus) which was supposed to
include Business Contact Manager, but as far as I can tell, it's not
installed. Is there an extra step involved in installing BCM?

Yes, BCM is a separate installation from a separate CD or download.

Sounds like you didn't not download everything that you needed.

Sorry about the double-negative. What I meant was that you should go back to where you downloaded from (we don't know -- you didn't say) and get the other download that has BCM in it.

I downloaded the product from the MS site as a trial version and then
entered an "unlock" code.

There are two parts to the download. Did you get both?

The 2nd part is just Office Accounting 2007, not Biz Contact Manager.

Did you install it? I think it's BCM as well. In any case, you'd be better off asking in the BCM forum I suggested earlier.

Just an FYI, I installed the Office Accounting 2007 portion and it did not
include BCM.
