I'm going completely off memory (don't have 2007 in front of me at the moment):

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button (round thingy in upper left corner)
2. Click Manage on the Office Menu that drops down
3. On the right side of the menu you'll now see three(??) options.
The first one should be Compact and Repair
