Upgrade from Windows98

After upgrade, my Norton Internet Security 2003 made my
computer to constantly reboot.

I went through the process of removing all programs per
Norton web sight and reinstalling, but still caused
computer to constantly reboot. Tried installing just the
anti virus portion and that would not work either.

Anyon ehave any ideas to get this to work with XP. It
worked fine with 98. Thanks.
 
Suggest you contact Norton. Have you tried their website, tech support,
etc.?
 
I wouldn't do a Windows XP Upgrade, unless it was a clean install, with any
Norton program on the hard drive. You might have to bite the bullet and do
a clean install (format and install) of Windows XP, and then install Norton,
to fix the problem.
