upgrade from windows 2000 to windows 2003

I am doing the upgrade from windows 2000/exchange 2000 to windows2003/exchange 2000. I am getting the error that exchange 2000 is incompatible with thsi version of windows 2003. Does anyone know how to fix it? Do microsoft have any patch on it? Pleas replay ASAP

Thanks for the information. It is really a great information to know. but can we upgrade exchange 2000 to exchange 2003 and than upgrade windows 2000 to windows 2003.
