Upgrade from Win NT

Hi,
does upgrading from WinNT to Win2k makes a difference in
the speed of booting up a PC and the program performance?
Or it is afterall the CPU and RAM that makes a PC faster?
 
Hi Michael,

Windows 2000 is not going to make your system faster. Note that hardware
requirements are greater for Windows 2000 than Windows NT.
