Updates still showing up for 1.0 SP3 1.1 SP1

Hey I seem to be having problems with my updates on Windows Vers 2002

I do have the Latest SP2 updater and all patches and HotFix updates but
I seem to have thees Critical updates coming up even though I have
updated Net to Ver 2.0
Any Ideas as to why MS update is still showing this to me?
I WILL NOT BUY A NEW COPY OF WINDOWS JUST TO SATISFY BILL GATES!!!!!

Are they installed?
If you are referring to .Net Framework, 2 does not supersede 1, for full
functionality, you need all of them.

I doubt if there was a suggestion anywhere to buy anything to resolve this
since the downloads are free.
