updates Missing from add/remove Application Screen

Sometime over this past weekend all of the updates I've
done have disappeared from my add/remove screen. What
might have happened? How can I correct this?

if you visit windows update and see that you do not need all the updates
that you think are missing then everything is fine. the only things thast
have been deleted are the uninstall files which is what you see in the
control panel add/remove. ok to do once you have had the updates for a while
and do not want to uninstall them.

you have only lost the uninstall files, not the updates.
