Updates KB929264 & KB925251

I am having a great deal of difficulty with these two updates. Neither will
update and tie up my machine for quite a bit of time. One is Update for
Office 2003 & the other is Security update for Office 2003. Both say they
consist of 0 KB. I am stuck with the yellow icon telling me there are updates
ready to install but they won't install. I have tried repairing Office bit to
no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Run Windows Update manually or go to the MS Office site and choose the
Office Updates from there.
