Can't update FrontPage 2003 with SP2

I am currently running Office 2007 Enterprise Edition. The ONLY
component of Office 2003 I am running is FrontPage 2003.
Windows Update insists on trying to install Office 2003 SP2. However,
when I try to install it, it downloads and then says "Office 2003 SP2
was not installed." Is this because I don't have the full Office 2003
package? Windows Update doesn't give me the option of hiding SP2, so
it is continually trying to install it but failing.

You shouldn't have to
Try running a repair of FP from Help -Detect & repair
- then disable any firewall software before installing SP2
