FrontPage 2003 won't run, can't be Repaired or Uninstalled

Hi,

I have a Dell PC running Windows Vista Ultimate. I also have MS Office
Enterprise 2007 (but still use FrontPage 2003). I recently upgraded from
Vista Home Premium (with days of problems) and suspect that it may be related
to this problem.

When I try to start FrontPage 2003, I get the message:
"Microsoft Office FrontPage is not installed properly on this system and
cannot function. Please reinstall Microsoft Office FrontPage.
Click OK to exit."

When I click OK, there is another error message:
"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application’s support team for more information."

If I try to Repair, or Uninstall, the error message is:
"The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it."

This message is received if I run the setup directly from the CD, or from
Control Panel (with the CD in the drive).

So I'm stuck. FrontPage 2003 won't run, can't be repaired, or even
uninstalled. Please help - any suggestions will be appreciated.
